How To Use The Voucher

You can present either a printed or mobile voucher for this activity
The voucher is only valid for the selected date & time

Booking Information

Please indicate your preferred time and your size during check out
You can refer to the size sheet here
Your rental service is subject to cancellation if you are late for more than 30 minutes. Please inform us if you will be unable to rent on the day so you can re-schedule for the next available time and date
A deposit of VND500,000 is required for the rental service, payable onsite
Please return your outfit before 5:00pm on the day. Otherwise, an additional cost of VND46,000 per hour for late returns on the same day will be charged by the operator
Late returns will incur a surcharge of VND115,000 per day

Cancellations & refunds are allowed. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your planned visit date
Take note a 10% cancellation fee will be incurred should you wish to cancel your booking
