Bali Private Car With Driver Charter

• If you want to book for multiple days, please select the number of packages that corresponds to how many days you want (e.g. Car & driver for 3 days = book 3 packages). The start date will follow your selected date
• Non-consecutive usage is allowed. You can book the number of days you want in one booking and mention which dates in your trip you plan to use the car & driver.
• You can enter your planned itinerary at checkout
• For airport pick-up, please enter your flight number so that your driver will be able to estimate your arrival
• For hotel pick-up, the address and name of your accommodation must be stated clearly at checkout. No refund will be issued for delays or failure in pick-up due to incomplete information
• Include relevant information like contact name and number (preferably WhatsApp) so that your driver will be able to contact you
• Please enter your estimated pick-up time (e.g. 9:00am). If you encounter delays and need to adjust your pick-up time accordingly, please contact the operator using the contact number indicated in the voucher
• The operator will reconfirm your booking via email

For vehicle charters by zone

• Zones are defined as follows
  • Zone 1: Kuta, Seminyak, Denpasar, Sanur, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Legian, Nusa Dua
  • Zone 2: Ubud, Gianyar, Bangli , Tabanan
  • Zone 3: Karangasem, Singaraja, Negara, Klungkung, Buleleng
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Additional hours: IDR50,000
  • After hours pick-up (12:00am – 6:00am): IDR250,000

For vehicle charters by group size

• The service area will only cover Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Sanur, Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Outside service area: IDR200,000
  • After hours pick-up (12:00am – 6:00am): IDR200,000

• If you picked the airport pickup option, the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight’s arrival
• Look for the staff/driver holding a sign with your name
• If you picked the hotel pickup option, the driver will arrive at the hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. The driver will only wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
• If the driver cannot be contacted or if you’re experiencing delays, please call the operator’s number indicated on your voucher

• Standard Luggage Size: 22cm x 14cm x 9cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• Each additional luggage will take up an extra seat in the vehicle. You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit
• Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
• Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles
• If your group size exceeds the maximum passenger count, you must book a larger vehicle
