What To Expect

Explore Bandung in a private, comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy the flexibility of a chartered vehicle with driver for a full day (12 hours) and customize your itinerary depending on what will suit your trip best! Your professional English/Bahasa Indonesia speaking driver will meet you at your designated meet-up point and take you to your chosen destinations in the itinerary.

How To Use The Voucher

  • You can present either a printed or mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is only valid for the selected date and time

Booking Information

  • If you are booking for multiple days, the start date will follow your selected date. Example, if you book for 3 days on 10 June, then your usage dates will be 10, 11, 12 June.
  • Non-consecutive usage is allowed. You can mention which dates in your trip you plan to use the car & driver in the planned itinerary, and we’ll only book those dates for you
  • You must enter your planned itinerary at checkout
  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

Pick-Up Information

  • Coverage: Bandung city area
  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
  • Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
  • The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight’s arrival
  • For international & domestic flight departures, local operator will pick you up at your selected location at least 2 hours before your flight departure time
  • No refunds for no show and latecomers

Additional Surcharge

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Outside Service Areas (IDR50,000/car or IDR75,000/MPV): Lembang, Rancaekek, Cicaheum, Cibiru, Cimahi, Sumedang, Cikole (Tangkuban Perahu), Ciater (Sari Ater), and Ciwidey (Kawah Putih)
  • Outside Service Hours: Within city limits (IDR50,000 per hour), Outside city limits (IDR100,000 per hour)

  • Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations & refunds are allowed. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your planned visit date
  • Take note a 10% cancellation fee will be incurred should you wish to cancel your booking
