How To Use The Voucher

You must present a printed voucher for redemption
Present your voucher along with your passport at the redemption locations to exchange for your Hong Kong MTR Tourist Day Pass
The voucher is valid before or on the specified date
Take note your Hong Kong MTR Tourist Day Pass will be activated from the time of first usage

Redemption Locations

Hong Kong International Airport
- Location: Airport Express Customer Service Centre (Airport Station)
- Operating hours: Daily, 6:00am – 12:30am
- Address: Hong Kong International Airport, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong (Refer to map)
Alternatively, you can also redeem the voucher at Airport Express Customer Service Centre counters at the following respective Airport Express Stations: Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing-Yi

Important Information

Valid only for international visitors, who have been in Hong Kong for less than 14 days at the time of purchase
A valid passport must be presented at the time of collection
Top-up your pass for additional bus or tram services at any convenience store where service is available
