How To Use The Voucher

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
This voucher is only valid on the selected visit date

Booking Information

Once booking is confirmed, please submit all passenger names, title, passport number and nationality to us for insurance purposes

Pick-Up Information

Coverage: Hotels within Bangkok city center
Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name on it
Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
If you are arriving by flight, the driver will wait for up to 120 minutes after your flight’s arrival
Additional surcharges apply for pickups outside of coverage area (example: Bangkok outskirts & Don Mueang Airport), payable in cash directly to driver

Additional Information

This charter service is strictly valid for a maximum of 12 hours per day before midnight.
Service time will be counted from pick up time, please fill in your preferred pick up time at checkout page
Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
Child seats are available upon request for children aged 0-4 or under 109cm
One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge. Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles
Standard Luggage Size: 55cm x 32cm x 22cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
Pets cannot be accommodated

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & refunds are allowed. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your planned visit date
Take note a 10% cancellation fee will be incurred should you wish to cancel your booking
