You can present either a printed or mobile voucher for this activity
The voucher is only valid for the selected date and time

Pick-Up Information

Please indicate your preferred pick-up time and flight number during check-out
Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall while holding a sign with your name on it
The driver will wait for up to 1.5 hours before leaving (no refunds after this time)
If you will be delayed, please call the driver/operator to adjust your pick up time
No refunds will be issued for no-show and latecomers

Additional Information

Only one way transfer from airport to destination is available. Return transfers are not available, please inquire your driver about the return transfer
Each vehicle can only fit a maximum of 5 passengers
Each passenger is allowed to have 1 baggage with the maximum weight of 20kg and 1 carry-on bag, free of charge.
Extra and overweight baggage will be charged and paid directly to the driver
A bicycle, surfboard, and animals are not allowed on board
This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible, please indicate that you require wheelchair assistance during check-out
