Activity Information

How To Use The Voucher

  • You can present either a printed or mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is only valid for the selected date and time

Booking Information

  • If you are booking for multiple days, the start date will follow your selected date. Example, if you book for 3 days on 10 June, then your usage dates will be 10, 11, 12 June.
  • Non-consecutive usage is allowed. You can mention which dates in your trip you plan to use the car & driver in the planned itinerary, and we’ll only book those dates for you
  • You must enter your planned itinerary at checkout

Pick-Up Information

  • Time: 9:00am
  • Pick-up and drop-off only within Senggigi and Mataram area
  • Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
  • The driver will wait for up to 1 hours before leaving (no refunds after this time)
  • No refunds will be issued for no-show and latecomers

Additional Information

  • Each vehicle can only fit a maximum of 5 passengers
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations & refunds are allowed. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your planned visit date
  • Take note a 10% cancellation fee will be incurred should you wish to cancel your booking
