• Coverage locations: Hotels located within the Hoi An city center only
• Hotel pick up is not available for hotels outside of Hoi An city center (hotels near Cua Dai beach, An Bang Beach, Thanh Ha, Tra Que village, Cam Thanh and Cam Nam areas)
• For Half Day Tour, pickup surcharge will apply for pick-ups outside Hoi An city center
• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Latecomers and no-shows can’t be refunded
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• If your hotel is outside the pick-up area, please head to the meet-up location to start the tour

• If you’re staying outside pick-up areas, please proceed to the meet-up location
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled meet-up time
• Latecomers & no show can’t be refunded
