How To Use The Voucher

You can present either a printed or mobile voucher along with a valid passport or photo ID to exchange for your prepaid tourist SIM card
The voucher is valid before or on the selected visit date

Terminal 3 Transit Hall (Before Immigration Clearance)
- Location: #02-K8, Level 2 Near Gate A (Opposite Guardian Pharmacy) or #02-K9 Level 2 Near Gate B (Opposite The Cocoa Trees)
- Operating hours: Daily, 24 hours
- Address: Changi Airport, 65 Airport Boulevard, Singapore (Refer to map)
Terminal 3 Arrival Hall
- Location: Level 1 (Opposite Paris Baguette)
- Operating hours: Daily, 24 hours
- Address: Changi Airport, 65 Airport Boulevard, Singapore (Refer to map)

Important Info

You are only allowed to have a maximum of 3 prepaid SIM cards (regardless of service provider) registered under your name in any 6 month period
Please note that all SIM cards have to be activated upon redemption. If you would like to activate our SIM cards on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the card on a separate date
